Device does not report status after power failure

I have Gledopto LED controllers - neither in Homey nor in Phillips Hue is it possible to configure the power On state. To solve this situation I placed a switch previously configured in Smartlife to return it to off. so when there is a power outage the lamps remain off when they are re-energized. Flow, when activating a switch, whether on or off, checks whether this switch is off and if it is on.

Yesterday there was a power outage. The Homey Pro was on the UPS, but the lights didn’t turn on. I looked at the app and the switch that turns on the power supply appeared as on, but it wasn’t. This switch is using the TuyaZigbee app, so it wasn’t properly reporting the device’s on/off status.

I don’t know if there was an error in the app not reporting the correct status or in Homey Pro not checking the status. I have a Sonoff zbminiR2 and it has the possibility of configuring the poweronState and I have already tested it by removing it from the power supply and the status changed in the Homey app.

Hi Gabriel, I assume a status mismatch can/will happen when you use TuyaZigbee app & Homey Pro both to control this light; my experience is that at least with Zigbee status feedback is not completely reliable. I mean not independent from hubs.
