I am very disappointed for sure
This morning after 2 months with the honey pro and able to add the majority of my devices
My home pro not even is offline but it is dead
No ring light, no nothing
No way to Maine it work, I unplugged it and plug it back in two more different places and no power no reponse
Wow amazing for a expensive device
So disappointing, returning it to Amazon.
Waste of money Athom/ homey company
Wow so so disappointing. I got even charged in Amazon for a restocking fee.
This is Amazing it is not a cheap product for it to last me for two months only

Errrm, i hope you also tried another power supply and/or usb cable?
And did you already send a mail to the support mail address?
And by the way, the device is called Homey. The company is called Athom…
seeing the incidental reports here about a defective Homey Pro or USB Adapter the most are replaced or repaired.

So it worked well before it died ? Claim warranty, sh1t happens things break sometimes, specialy in the first months if there is a production fault…

The last paragraph reads, "Sellers may issue full or partial refunds for an order as described on this page. Sellers can’t charge a restocking fee during the initial returns period or if a product is returned because it’s faulty. "

Guess just trying to claim a warranty, in worst case you are left without a Homey for a couple of weeks. But I guess you should give Athom the option to fix it.
