See @Dijker ‘s post above: some alarms also trigger the critical alerts automatically (without a flow).
The word “Critical” implies “should work at all times”, which is probably not the case with Homey.
I wonder: because Push notifications can get rate limited, both by Homey and Android:
Are Critical push notifications built as a separate “service”?
Or does it just go down along with activated rate limits from the regular push notifications service?
Same issue here. Iphone 16 Pro. Updated Homey Pro 2022. App latest version. No option in the Homey app for critical
Are ‘normal’ notifications enabled on your phone / in the Homey app?
Did you follow these steps?
Yes. After a reboot of my phone it worked. Think the app just does not reload it’s features properly or something something Apple 
So update Homey to latest
Update app to latest
Reboot phone.
Please help: I made flow for critical massage, but I dont hear a sound at all on my Iphone 15pro. All sounds for notifications in ios are on for Homey and putted on all righs in Homey. Whats wrong?

how do you change the music of the critical alarm, yesterday my fire alarm went of by accident and i got a notification on my phone but with a verry happy relax tune. i don’t like that for a critical notification
Same here. Smoke detector went off (false alarm) in the shed last night. The little critical alarm beep didn’t wake me up.
