Cheap outdoor temperature running on power supply, not on battery?

Hi,
I am new,
looking for a cheap outdoor temperature sensor running on power supply, not on battery?
All cheap ones I have found running on little “coin” batteries, but I am looking for something to run on power supply and work with homey - any tips?

Why?

Making a good outdoor power supply is “hard”, so they aren’t cheap. Connecting such a power supply to a sensor device in a way that will prevent moisture ingress is also “hard”, so also not cheap.

In my experience, cheap battery-powered temperature/environment sensors like the Aqara devices work very well outside, as long as you shield them from the elements a bit and use decent batteries (so no 10-for-€1 Aliexpress deals).

Hi Robert,
thanks for prompt reply, however like in the subject - I want this to run on power supply, not batteries, if I wanted batteries, I would not open the topic

I’ll venture a guess that “a cheap outdoor temperature sensor running on power supply” doesn’t exist, especially if you’re also looking for Homey support.
