So 15 Zigbee devices in total. It could be that you just reached the limit of your Bridge, although 15 sounds a bit low.
15 is the max indeed but only 4 of them (the sensors) are enddevices …. I have to look into this: https://support.homey.app/hc/en-us/articles/4414431713682-Creating-a-stable-Zigbee-network-with-Homey-Bridge
Maybe some trial and error and disconnect some other devices…
Especially Aqara sensors are stubborn in finding better routes, so it might be good to start with those. Try repairing them (in the Homey app, select the device > gear symbol > Maintenance > Try to Repair.
Make sure you repair the device from the location you intend to use it.
I have disconnected a gu10 Lidl spotlight and have tried to connect a INNR bulb… still the same problem.
Aqara doesn’t have an “try to repair” button/function.
I thought that all Zigbee devices could be repaired? But if not, an alternative is to add the device to Homey again without first removing it. You may get a “device already paired” message, but that’s to be expected.
And after re-pairing a restart of the Homey Aqara App can be necessary to fix it.
Tried the Aqara re-setup. Still not able to connect my INNR bulbs….
I have contacted Support of both Homey and INNR. Let’s see with what they come up with…
So far:
Homey is pointing to INNR…
INNR did a test with the same bulb (RB266) and managed to connect to Homey.
