Can't add innr products

So 15 Zigbee devices in total. It could be that you just reached the limit of your Bridge, although 15 sounds a bit low.

15 is the max indeed but only 4 of them (the sensors) are enddevices …. I have to look into this: https://support.homey.app/hc/en-us/articles/4414431713682-Creating-a-stable-Zigbee-network-with-Homey-Bridge

Maybe some trial and error and disconnect some other devices…

Especially Aqara sensors are stubborn in finding better routes, so it might be good to start with those. Try repairing them (in the Homey app, select the device > gear symbol > Maintenance > Try to Repair.

Make sure you repair the device from the location you intend to use it.

I have disconnected a gu10 Lidl spotlight and have tried to connect a INNR bulb… still the same problem.

Aqara doesn’t have an “try to repair” button/function.

I thought that all Zigbee devices could be repaired? But if not, an alternative is to add the device to Homey again without first removing it. You may get a “device already paired” message, but that’s to be expected.

And after re-pairing a restart of the Homey Aqara App can be necessary to fix it.

Tried the Aqara re-setup. Still not able to connect my INNR bulbs….

I have contacted Support of both Homey and INNR. Let’s see with what they come up with…

So far:

Homey is pointing to INNR…

INNR did a test with the same bulb (RB266) and managed to connect to Homey.

I have an INNR dimmable bulb that lost connection with Homey. I managed to reset it (blinked twice). After being reset it’s found by Homey and it starts the installation process (blinks twice to confirm) but then I get an error and the installation fails.
To start over I need to reset the bulb again but I keep running in circles.
Tried to add the bulb as a zigbee device or by selecting the specific bulb in the INNR list, same result.

I’ve got a number of other zigbee devices paired already (8 Philips Hue, 3 Innr). This lamp used to be paired and was working correctly for a while but then I noticed how it first stopped reacting every once in a while until after a few weeks it completely stopped responding.

I have the latest version of the INNR app installed. Don’t know about firmware of the bulbs, I bought them Sept 2024.

What could I try to do. As far as I understand this is another issue than what has been described earlier in this thread.
