I finally received my Homey Pro 2023 but can’t connect to it at all. I put it in configuration mode and it has a blue ring but can’t find it in the app.
I have tried everything, Bluetooth, wifi, wired network, I have been trying for 3 days now, and have followed every option described on the web. What do I do?
I had the same problem with my S22 ultra. Make sure you have permission “devices nearby” enabled for the Homey app. Also make sure bluetooth is switched on. This is a bug in the Homey app and needs a fix to warn you about the right permissions. I’ve informed Athom about this already.

Got a new Homey pro, but it does not appear as a device in my app.
Same both for ios and Android
