Can’t add Auping bed

I updated this week to the homey pro 2023 and wanted to add my Auping bed. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work, whatever I try it can’t find my bed (new device).

Tried to delete the Auping app and bed from my old homey, and deleted the app from the new one, to make a fresh start,… resetting my bed and the Auping Connect app on my phone also didn’t changed anything. The remote controller of the bed and the phone app work fine. Just homey can’t find any new device…

I tried to add it back on the old homey and that gives the same problem now.

Who can help?

I’m not familiar with the Auping products and it’s Homey app, but I do read this in the app’s description:

Newer models using the Auping Smart base are not supported in this app.

Could that be the case for you?

Thanks Waldo,… seems so…
lol just had a look at a video from Auping, and are seriously doubting if I ever used this :wink: maybe it didn’t work at my old homey,…

App removed :wink:
Saves room for an other one! (Do you know a nice homey app which everyone should have?)
