Please don’t use [APP][Pro] prefixes, those are used to mark the official (support) thread for an app.

You should contact the app developer as linked in the app store page.

And after contacting the developer try to restart the app.
Or install te test app. Add /test to the link in the Homey app store for the Bosch-Siemens app.
I restart the app daily in a flow and the app works good.
But this should not be the solution, but works.

Same here, restart once a day works. The app is broken since I use homey pro in 2020. So I don‘t expect a fix anymore.

I’ve also been experiencing issues with the Home Connect app for a while: Homey Community - Bosch/Siemens Home Connect App Issue.

I’ve tried reaching out to the developer, but haven’t received any response so far.

Since the code isn’t open source, any ideas on what to do next?

There are more people that have reached to the developer. Dont know if anyone did get a reaction.
For now it helps to restart the app daily, automatically.
Just like mentioned in the other answers.

Restarting unfortunately didn’t help in my case. I’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps, including removing the device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting Homey, and re-adding the device, but none of these have resolved the issue.

If you are able to readd the device it should work. What kind of device of Bosch Siemens you’ve got ?

I can remove and re-add the device (so the app does recognize it), but after that, it becomes unreachable.

The device in question is a Bosch SMH4HVX31E/40 Dishwasher.

Can you set in on, and then readd ? I set the power button to turn it on, that the Bosch dishwasher is connected via wlan an then I added the device. This should be readded in minutes after power it on, otherwise the dishwasher will sleep again in standby.

Sure, the entire setup was working perfectly just a week ago, and the device still functions properly through the original Home Connect mobile app. The issue is that only the Homey app is unable to reach the device.

Maybe you missunderstood me. Start your dishwasher, so that it is running live. Then delete it in homey immediately and readd it there. I’ve got 3 Bosch devices. All are working in homey now. Btw. I use the test version of the app and use that trick with restart the app every night.

Yep, I misunderstood at first, but now I’ve tried what you suggested, and unfortunately, it didn’t help.

I removed the device from Homey, started the dishwasher, and then re-added it, but nothing changed. The app finds the device and adds it, but it still shows the same error message: “Device Unavailable, HomeAppliance is offline.”

Meanwhile, the Home Connect mobile app continuously sees the device and can control it remotely (e.g., turning it on/off).

I’m also using the latest test version of the app (3.2.58), but I previously tried the latest stable version with the same results.

Is your home connect app connected with homey ? Do see there home connect for homey ?

Yep it’s there :frowning:

Difficult. I remember at the beginning of February this year Bosch has done something in the cloud backend, so I had to take off the fuse for some minutes for all 3 devices. Afterwards I was able to use the additional programs in home connect which you can download there, before I did that it didn’t work. Maybe try this first. And then complete new start of installation in homey. Otherwise I’ve got no further idea, sorry if I could not help you :worried:

I’m not giving up yet, thank you for the effort!

Hey! I finally found the solution! :tada:

I had to remove the device from the Home Connect app and also remove Homey from the HC Connected Applications list. After that, I re-added the device to Home Connect, then to Homey and voilà, it’s working again!
