Bosch-Siemens Home Connect app incorrect status dish washer

As of yesterday, the Bosch-Siemens Home Connect app in Homey states my dish washer is offline. However, if I open de Bosch-Siemens Home Connect app on my phone, it shows the dishwasher. So for some reason the Homey app cannot connect.

I tried restarting the app
I tried removing the dish washer and adding it again
I tried restarting my Homey

What else can be done? As this is an official app I would expect Athom to be involved here as well.

I know Athom didn’t build the app, but i feel the tagging “official” must/should mean something.
@Doekse , do you have any connections to Bosch-Siemens to address this issue?

I’m experiencing the same issue as yesterday. The dishwasher appears as unavailable in Homey, but everything looks normal in the Home Connect app.

I tried several troubleshooting steps, including removing the device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting Homey, and re-adding the device, but none of these helped.

During the device setup, I can successfully log into Home Connect, and the device is found. However, once added, I receive a “Device Unavailable” error. If I attempt to use the repair option, I can log into Home Connect and accept the requested permissions, but I always end up with the following error:

Do you find any solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Apologies for not getting back to this!

I installed the test version of the app. And at some point it started working again.

Only thing I use it for is to check if the dishwasher is running as we go to bed.
