Bosch-Siemens Home Connect - connection issues

The freezing of the statuses should be fixed with the latest update. If this still doesn’t work, restart the app or re-add the devices once.

Switching the lighting on the extractor hoods should also work properly again with the latest app update

The widgets are also now available for the Homey Dashboard.

Now that the app is finally stable, it would be great to use the cycle percentage in flows, for example to turn off features like dewrinkle and easy ironing on washing mashine. Those keep the cycle stuck at 99%, so the “finished” notification never comes through unless I stop it manually…

My dishwasher works normal.

There’s something wrong with the oven.

Oven contact alert is working is normal.
After a certain time, it does not work remotely ON. And not notifies when the program process is finished.
Immediately after restarting the app, everything works, until a longer break.

I guess I’m not the only one with issues. I’m having a rate limit error for about a month now, even after I deleted all Bosch Siemens devices from Homey (incl. the app) for a few days. E-mailing support seems pointless, at least I never got a response through out the years. Very frustrating. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

tried to remove Homey from the connected apps and services in the bosch homeconnect app?

I still cannot start my microwave program of my oven, any news of this?

I had the app and devices deleted for a few days and was able to add them again. The Bosch-Siemens app is still very unreliable. One moment it knows the available programs for the dishwasher and at other moments it doesn’t, no idea why. I think I can be happy that at least the basic notifications work again (most of the time) whenever one of the machines finishes their program.

Yeah, the programs could be an issue with still. At least notifications are stable enough for now.

Hi, i also have problem on all my Bosch and Siemens appliances and i never got any of Bosch new line up with Robots to work. Is anyone getting the Robots to work?

Robots supposed to be supported by the app…

Did you successfully connected the robots but not getting any status updates from them or is that they never pop up in Homey?

Excatley i can add the robots to homey but no flows or commands are working at all.

That doesn’t sound great. Unfortunately I don’t have any Bosch robots myself so lets hope someone from this community can share their experience. You should probably try reaching out to manufacturer through the link in appstore. I know they are not the most responsive but the more people bring it up, the more likely they are to take a closer look at the issues.

I’ve got a Bosch Spotless Robot. Actually it is recognized as robot device, but has no useful functionality at the moment. In the reported actions on the timeline only on and off (main power) is triggered. The Bosch spotless robots are new devices in the Bosch portfolio since autumn 2025, so I think we have to be a bit patient and wait for updates. Even the integration in native Home Connect Software is still on development with additional improvement.

Update: My dishwasher has gone offline again (been offline for about three days). Unfortunately, neither re-authenticating nor restarting the app helps this time. Is anyone else experiencing a complete drop-off right now?

No, fortunately no. My washer/dryer is still responsive in Homey and updates its status.

@Thomas did you try a power cycle? Turn power of, wait a moment, turn power on.
Had the same with my dryer for a couple of weeks.
