Battery Status & Type - Hue Dimmer Switch

You can find al kinds of technical info of your Homey Pro in the Homey Developer Tools portal.

You’ll find the Zigbee channel that your Homey Pro uses in the Zigbee section:

Normally your Homey Pro tries to find an unoccupied channel (or with the least interference) during the initial setup.

If you have a Homey Pro 2023 or newer, then you can only change the Zigbee channel by performing a Zigbee reset. After that you need to repair all connected Zigbee devices (via the Try to repair option in the Maintenance section of each device tile).

Next to avoiding overlap with other Zigbee hubs (like the Hue hub), it is also wise to avoid overlap with your WiFi 2.4 Ghz network (if any). Check this article on how WiFi might overlap with Zigbee: ZigBee and Wi-Fi Coexistence.

Should you have overlap with your WiFi, than changing the WiFi channel might be easier than changing the Zigbee channel on your Homey (due to the repair actions).
