Issues with many sensors

I don’t think the combination IKEA/Aqara is the problem in this case. That specific situation is when Aqara sensors are routed through IKEA routers. But since your IKEA Zigbee routers are part of a separate Zigbee network (of the KIEA hub), they don’t route your Aqara sensors or the other ones.

Some other thoughts:

  • As indicated earlier, the distance between your Homey and the sensors might be too great and in between Zigbee routers (paired directly with your Homey) may strengthen the Zigbee network (just don’t use IKEA devices). Adding router devices might help.
  • Could it be that your IKEA hub uses the same Zigbee channel as your Homey? That would cause interference. In Homey you can check your channel in the Zigbee section of Homey Developer Tools.
  • Could it be that your home WiFi network on the 2.4GHz band uses overlapping channels with your Homey Zigbee network? For more info see: Battery Status & Type - Hue Dimmer Switch - #4 by SunBeech
