I don’t have personal experience with Hue devices, but sometimes the battery status takes some time to update. At least that is my experience with Aqara sensors.

Just another thought: I assume your Hue Bridge and Homey Pro are both on. They don’t use the same Zigbee channel, right? As that might cause communication issues.
