Since the outage yesterday my backups are gone and backing up the system last night failed. Anybody else having these issues as well? Maybe a solution?
Yup! Me too
Me too.
Same here!

Same issue here, plus flaky voice commands via Google. They didnât work at all last night, and while theyâre ok this morning, the latency is horrible.
Itâs good to see Iâm not the only one.. thought I corrupted my HP2023 by an unexpected power-down in my house. Seems more a coincidence than related.
Half an hour ago I managed to make a backup, now (as Iâm typing) it just shows âyou donât have any backups yet".
Think weâll need to wait for the Homey developers to come with a statement.

Same here, just gives a timeout error + a âSomething went wrongâ error.
Also:
- The Homey update page gives an error while checking for updates: [Incident] Service degraded - Integrations and API - 20260124T10h30 CET - Was: Homey Cloud is down - #75 by SunBeech
- Siri Shortcuts (the buttons you can place on your Apple mobile deviceâs home screen to activate flows) are not working.
I created a support ticket.
Same here, but after trying to make a backup I see my previous backups again.
But can still not make a new backupâŠ
Ok thnx. Good to see that the old backups are still there.
Same
Issues since yesterday (related to the cloud incident)?
The cloud backups of both my Pro 2019 models fail since last night;
Manually creating a backup fails with the infamous words âSomething went wrongâŠâ
Restarting them doesnât make any difference.
Weird: starting a manual cloud backup @ Pro 2026 suddenly succeeded a few hours ago
Same problem for me too
Hi, it appears that backups are still not working.
Any updates on when this will be sorted out ?
I think this topic can be merged with this one.
But indeed itâs more quiet than with the other outage yesterday.
Same here. But Athom does not work on a sunday. So we have to wait until tomorrow.
And there status page (Athom Status) does not show any problem. So the status page is also not working correctly.
Hi Henk,
When theyâre off for the weekend, they also donât update the status page in general.
With this I mean, the backup issue probably didnât generate an automatic incident ![]()
The issue sure is inconvenient, but not prio 1 (I presume).
My Homey Pro 2026 was working correctly until yesterday, when it suddenly went offline and I was no longer able to control any of my devices. I attempted a factory reset, but now I cannot set it up again.
The hub shows a rotating white LED ring and then ends with a solid red light. It never progresses past this point, and the app will not allow me to add or set up the home pro device.
Is this related to the issue that other users are currently experiencing, or is this a separate problem?
Is it possible to connect it to a pc / laptop or such, and connect to it in setup mode?
If so, install the firmware again (this is not a factory reset, it only installs the firmware from scratch - not touching user data)
Itâs a possibility youâll need to replace the USB-C data cable for a decent one.
it is back on line. Thank you!
That was a lot of help
