[Incident] Service degraded - Integrations and API - 20260124T10h30 CET - Was: Homey Cloud is down

Hello, Since this morning Homey Cloud is down. I can not connect to homey Cloud and everything that is using the cloud connection, like Google Assistent does not work anymore.

When trying to make a support ticket i also get an error 500, Server error…

Anybody else with the same problems (my internet connection is fine)

Yeah, was just about to post it, after verifying some local (firewall) stuff:

Yes local is still working. But there is a serious problem at Homey. Also there ticket system does not work. The backups are not available….

But on the status page it says everything is working , also the cloud. But when looking in the settings, the cloud connection is down!!!

My two Homey pros have also stopped working, one is local and one is remote. I don’t understand why the fonctionnement of Homey depends on its servers. I had the impression that everything was working locally, but even my Homey which is local, isn’t working.

Yes, seems like something is down on the Homey side. Homey Pro is offline here.

I guess the monitor only checks if the connection works, the handshaking (what happens after the connection is failing). So monitoring could be improved on this one.

I have the same issue.

When trying to open my.homey.app i get the next message:

{"code":500,"error":"server_error","error_description":"Something went wrong, please try again."}

Same here, cloud is down, But everything runs locally on the Homey Pro.

Dito I get exactly the same from my Mac, however my iPad connects fine. I thought this was a local solution and wasn’t expecting it to go down when the internet or cloud drops.

Same here, Homey App store also down.

For those having issues reaching their Homey Pro through the app: access via IP address (local) still works

Does this also counts for push-messages? I don’t receive them anymore, the flow gives me a “disconnected” error?

And now I received a message from Homey, Push is down.

I just tried to log in to the forum on another device to join this thread and got an authentication error. The Android app is also failing to connect to devices, but I can control devices via the web app. Homey status page still says everything is hunky dory …

Alexa Homey Skill doesn’t work either

That’s obviously changed in the past couple of moments, as I checked just before I posted. Glad they’ve updated the status.

Nest also not working. Is that also because of this problem?
