Hello, Since this morning Homey Cloud is down. I can not connect to homey Cloud and everything that is using the cloud connection, like Google Assistent does not work anymore.
When trying to make a support ticket i also get an error 500, Server error…
Anybody else with the same problems (my internet connection is fine)
My two Homey pros have also stopped working, one is local and one is remote. I don’t understand why the fonctionnement of Homey depends on its servers. I had the impression that everything was working locally, but even my Homey which is local, isn’t working.
I guess the monitor only checks if the connection works, the handshaking (what happens after the connection is failing). So monitoring could be improved on this one.
Dito I get exactly the same from my Mac, however my iPad connects fine. I thought this was a local solution and wasn’t expecting it to go down when the internet or cloud drops.
I just tried to log in to the forum on another device to join this thread and got an authentication error. The Android app is also failing to connect to devices, but I can control devices via the web app. Homey status page still says everything is hunky dory …
