Everything that uses external things, like Google Assistent, Alexa does not work.

Also the app is not working, but when go to the local ip address you can work!!!

The Google Home integration is also not working here, same for the web app (it says “Homey is offline”). The mobile app still works

Mobile App is working again. When you want to use your PC of tablet, you have to go to your local IP Address to access it.

That doesn’t work on a Homey Pro 2019 though

Here also. My HP 2019 can not be accessed throuh its IP address. Only via the App.

The HP 2023 does work with the IP Address.

We have to wait untill Athom repairs the problem.

That means you haven’t created a local user. This can only be done in the my.homey.app site

Seems that the issue is not solved

It isn’t solved, the Google Home and Web App still don’t work here.

All my flows that use Chromecast app now show missing cards :face_with_steam_from_nose:

That’s strange, the Chromecast app works locally so a cloud outage shouldn’t break Flows. Are you sure it’s caused by this outage?

I am not able to install any new app; Homey Pro says it’s disconnected.

I haven’t touched that particular flow for weeks as it worked just fine. The “Chromecast” app is also still installed. Strange issue indeed… I’ll try and restart the whole thing and see what happens.

The web app is working again, the Google Home still says the devices are offline.

Last person left flow isnt working, reminder for me to try get the custom domain working (if that does not rely in the homey cloud) and / or create a fallback logic for it :thinking:
