I have installed an Aqara windows sensor on a mailbox where I will receive a signal when it opens. However, I have a problem with the alarm not returning to normal status.
Is there flow to set to return to “normal” mode?
Any tips?
Assuming that the Aqara app didn’t suddenly develop a bug, the issue is with either the sensor not resetting itself back to normal or (more likely) Homey not receiving the signal.
Could the sensor be located on the edge of your Zigbee network (so any interference might cause issues)? Or is the magnet perhaps not positioned close enough to the sensor that it may miss the closing of the mailbox?
