Aqara smart plug turning on by itself

Hello,

I have four Aqara smart plugs. Two of them turn on randomly for no apparent reason.

I did a lot of troubleshooting but couldn’t find the cause.

  1. Removed the device from homey pro and the paired it again
  2. Disabled all the flows this device was associated to
  3. I opened a ticket with homey support but they could not figure out the problem.

I’m not what else I could do. Any help

Some Aqara devices can be controlled by remotes from other brands (like IKEA), sometimes even if those remotes aren’t in the same network (so could be your neighbours), sometimes if those remotes are specifically routed through the Aqara device.

In specific cases this can be fixed by removing both devices from a particular Zigbee group, but that’s not possible with Homey.
