Got my Lafaer delivered yesterday. It works as expected, although connecting to the Homey Pro was a bit of a struggle . The steps are straightforward and should be easy, but it took me several tries.

The new fp300 does not support zones
The same for me, I can’t work very good with homey or iPod mini , signal do not update the state of the sensor…
I’m part of the limited trial and received the FP300 earlier today. I have successfully connected the sensor to my Homey Pro using Matter over Thread.
As far as I can tell for now it works perfectly and it’s much faster in detecting presence than my Lafaer LWR01 sensors, while being a lot smaller!

Nice findings, our FP300 should be on its way. I’ve been also testing the Lafaer. Really like it to be honest, but yeah, it’s on the bigger side.

The following four entities are available within the devices, with the accompanying flow cards:
- Motion Alarm
- Luminance
- Temperature
- Humidity
Where the Motion alarm indeed acts as a presence sensor, so you can stay still and it’ll still be in the triggered phase.

Sadly not, but I can’t imagine global availability is far out
It’s not yet available in the Netherlands, which is a real shame. I don’t know how long it will take before it arrives in the Netherlands and is ready for use. Let’s hope Aqara ships this FP300 to the EU soon.
