Did you try to adjust the sensitivity levels of the sensors? For me some of them do not let go of presence when set to high sensitivity, but let go (with some delay minute or two) at medium level. I have six of them and fought a lot, but think they are more or less stable now, so it is somewhat possible. Also make sure you have plenty of powered zigbee-routers between Homey and the FP300s if there is distance between them. Also check that you have the latest updated version of the Zigbee version of the Aqara app.

Meh, it’s all related. Just frustrations with the devices having issues on either protocol in Homey. I’m sure all of the info helps someone from throwing a device against the wall! :^)
Thanks for the suggestions. I’ve been using the same settings as you, sounds like. Sensors are a room apart (one to two walls, max; the one I fight with the most is only about 6ft from the Homey Pro). The issue persists until I restart the Aqara app in Homey and try to restart the FP300 or activate the sensor by waving my hand in front of it.
Very weird behaviors. It feels like they’re getting stuck from some sort of power-saving feature, if I had to guess.
I wonder if there’s a way to monitor logs and see what it’s reporting to narrow down where and why it gets stuck?
