Aqara app will not work

Need help :blush:

My Aqara app stoppede working on my Homey Pro. I am not able to manage my devices.

Tried to reinstall the app. The first several times I got “Timeout after 10000ms” when I tried reinstalling. When I finally got it installed I was still not able to mange my devices. When trying to restart the app, I got a message saying app not installed….!?!

Is your Homey connected via WiFi? If so, some things to try:

  • Restart your router;
  • Restart your WiFi access point(s);
  • If you have IPv6 enabled in your router, disable it (use only IPv4);
  • If you have a mesh WiFi network, bind your Homey to a specific access point;
  • Configure a reserved/fixed IP for your Homey in your router’s DHCP server.

After these changes, restart your Homey.

When it’s solved by disabling IPv6, you’ll have to update Homey firmware if it’s v12.4.4 or lower

When it’s up-to-date: please report to homey.app/support the IPv6 & app issue is not solved completely.
