I have the latest version of the app on my Homey. And all my DREO devices work fine in the DREO app.
Most of my fans work okay, but my TurboPoly Fan 508s despite being added, just times out. And I added my fan heater, but can’t seem to find my model 512s Dehumidifier.

DR-HPF508S (TurboPoly) fix - Added proper model configuration. The timeout was likely caused by missing model-specific settings. Please update to v1.2.6 and re-pair the fan to apply the new config.
Your login was succeeding on the EU server (shared auth) but then failing to list devices because your account is actually NA region.
Please update to v1.2.5 and try pairing again.

Greatly appreciated. I have updated to the latest v1.2.7, deleted the offending fan, and re-added it.
It now responds to some commands, like speed change, but not all. If I try to automate turning the fan on or off when there is presence in the room it times out and doesn’t change the power state of the fan. Tapping the button in the Homey app is the same result. Quite odd.

did you submit the diagnostics report around 20 past 12.
That sounds about right. Does the report ID match?
Yeah same id sorry blind .. currenly have it open and looking at it now.
I will gladly try it again and create another report if that would help?
Just checking what HA has as im very limited with only having the cheap basic heater fan

I don’t get the errors anymore, but turning off the fan in Homey app has no effect on the actual fan.

Give it a test with new version you will need to re auth.
Unfortunately that didn’t work either. But I don’t want to become a menace, so perhaps for this fan I should be patient and wait to see what Dreo does with the official app next month. I greatly appreciate all your hard work. Kinda makes me wish I was better at coding myself so I could contribute more. But a few shell scripts and a wee bit of python is about my experience level ha ha. Thank you for all your patience.
Could please add the flowcards for the fanspeed? I do have the uiCompunent / slider for my DR-HAF001S, but I can’t change the speed in flows.

This would be greatly beneficial. Currently can only change mode in flows, like switching between Normal, Auto, and Turbo.
Following this, as being able to adjust speed in flows would be very useful.
I just wanted to say I’m honestly amazed at how much work has gone into this app in such a short amount of time.
I feel like I was pretty late to the game, but this is something I’ve been waiting for since around December 2024. I even created this form in hopes that either there would be an official integration at some point or that a community member would step in and make something like this happen.
It’s seriously impressive that you were able to build this so quickly, especially considering the actual Dreo team has been working on their side for months.
So far, I’ve added both of my Wall heaters without any issues at all. Everything connected smoothly. I just got them set up, so I haven’t created any flows yet, but I’m really looking forward to diving into that next.
