Send me a diagnostic report from the app settings.
I have the same problem (have two of themā¦)
Hello,
How do I make a diagnostic report from the app?
Can you please explain me?
Thnx!
Hello,
This is the diagnostic report code: 07360930-cdc4-4b0b-9d18-e270dd248d3b
Regards.
This log does not contain any useful information. Remove the device from Homey, restart the app, re-add the device again, wait 5 minutes and send me another diagnostic report after that.
Hello,
I have done al the steps:

Regards
Remove the device again and pair it with the correct driver (Mi Smart Antibacterial Humidifier MIoT (WiFi)).
I have done it, for now everything works!
Thanks for the quick en good response!
Hello there, I have the Air Purifier (Extended MIoT Wifi) and are able to control it manually with Homey just fine. But in a flow I cannot adjust the air flow level, when switching to āmanualā mode it always turns up to max level, all further cards to switch to level 1 or 2 are just ignored. Any ideas about that?
Your model probably has a slightly different implementation. I probably wont fix that as its impossible to support all that variations. What is the model ID of your device?
The point is that it works fine when I control the device manually via Homey, just within the flow this specific feature does not work. My model is zhimi.airp.mb5 - Air Purifier 4.
What flow card are you using. Both flowcards for setting the mode and fan level (which contains the wrong description I just noticed) reference the same capability when controlling the device manually.
Feel free to send me diagnostic report from the app settings. Perhaps there is some info in there.
My flow is as follows:
- Switch on Device
- Set mode to āLeerlaufā (weird translation, but I guess that is manual mode)
- Set fan level to āStage 2ā
Effect is that the device is on the correct mode but fan level 3.
Will send you diagnostic report, thanks for your support!
Are you planning support for the Dreame A1 Roboticmower?
Not if no one requests support for it through the route as described in the first post.
Hi,
Iām trying to add a Roborock S8 Ultra Pro (roborock.vacuum.a70) to the homey app, and it connects when I add it (test connection works), but when I try to control it in the homey app I get an error message saying āMissing Capability Listener: onoffā.
Any ideas if Iām doing something wrong?
Thanks
Probably paired it with the wrong driver. Check the first post.
Thanks for the answer - but I paired it with the Advanced Roborock driver according to the supported devices list, so that should not be the problem. Have removed it and added it back a couple of times as well, but get the same problem every timeā¦
Restart the app and send me a diagnostic report from the app settings 5 minutes after the app restart.
Hereās the report:

Thank you
And just as I sent that - it seems like the restart did something, and it works all of a sudden.
