Dunno if this helps, Jamie, but here’s a similar post about migrated (to Homey 23) unkown BLE devices:
Adding a sensor to hp2023 does not work. I can add the sensor in the mi flora app. I removed the sensor in the app and removed the battery to reboot the sensor. Any tips
EDIT: Maybe this fw update works for you @wesley_w @Jamie
Seems you are not alone, definitely report Ble issue to Athom I would say.
With the RC56 its working for me
Try again and again. the discover is quite messy still.
I replaced the Battery after that it came alive.
Tried 8 times 9th time was the Lucky one.
Pairing is still a pain (but eventually works), but yes the latest firmware seems to have fixed the problem
I am actually looking to buy more of these sensors but they seem hard to find? Anyone received any recently?
If you still have some issues on HP2023, then test latest v10.0.0-rc.66
Bluetooth LE
- Changed the discovery interval from 10s to 5s.*
- Improved performance when scanning for Bluetooth LE devices.*
Ook nog goedkoper en in nederland👍🏻
@Glenn_Seegers Bought 2 sensors here a few months ago. 1 worked first try and the other tried several times to connect but could not connect. Email sent. Defective sensor sent to the seller and a new one in the mailbox after a few days. And it did worked first try. So ordering in the Netherlands can be easy. Although it will also work out through Ali. So if a sensor does not work, it may also be defective. Although we don’t assume that.
Got the 0 measurements back on the flora max with the new update
@Koktail Since the new update, my Mi flora sensors doesn’t report any more. when I pull the battery it reports 1 times and after that not anymore.
recently I keep getting an error BLE Timeout" is this an error from the app or do I have to go to Homey for this.
I also don’t see if there is an experimental version of this app.?
I have the same problem, devices no longer report.
