Just FYI, I have contacted WeConnect support asking if they will enable outside temp again back via API , that they have disabled it back in May this year - after 3 days and daily updates sort of “we are working on this” I got answer that it’s out of their scope and advised to contact Volkswagen customer service :laughing::person_facepalming::person_facepalming: I’m done with them, I have contacted them several times in the past and it always looks like I’m speaking Chinese to them

Hi @martijnpoppen

I have the My Cupra app on my Homey and it worked well.
But now the app doesn’t receive any data anymore.
The app is up-to-date v1.10.1.
Can you help me?

That’s unfortunate.

Yes I can help.
To help me out can you enable debug in the device settings?
(Probably it will start working again when you do that.)

When it’s stuck again you can provide me a diagnostic report
you can do that via the mobile homey App:

More - apps - My Cupra - settings wheel right top - send diagnostic report

@Patrick_Meijer I see a login failed.
Looks like the login is not correct. Can you try to enter your credentials again in the device settings?

Oh and when it breaks again, better to not restart the app. It flushes the logs

Hi @StefanP, maybe a bit off topic but, if you put a relay in the CP wire you can manage the contact with the car with that.
Once you plug-in the car will say connected but no power. the charge point will not see the car yet.
Once the relay is closed the charge point “sees” the car and charging will start (for me only if there is no schedule active or when the minimum charge level is not yet reached)

Very nice! Great job. I imported the VW data from Home Assistant but not necessary anymore.

I’m also impressed by the speed in which the app responds. My e-golf has an app but thats the only positive about it. That thing is sluggish even for 1990’s standards.

got an Audi etron 55, 21 model. trying to get climate to function.
looks like something is working, battery state is updating correct.
nothing happens when climate is triggered in the app.
Did not touch that s-pin. only login and password to Audi.

Anyone experienced similar issue, have a solution?

@Harald_de_Graaf Do you have a S-PIN setup in the myAudi app?

like when you want to turn on climate form the myaudi app on your phone, do you need to enter any s-pin?
If so make sure to add it in Homey too

  • enable debug in the device settings.
  • try to trigger start climate
  • send a diagnostic report (via mobile homey app) (more - apps - myAudi - settings wheel right top - send diagnostic report)
