It’s the Homey app itself that’s going
Update to newest version and problem is solved.
Wow, thanks! That problem solved, but another one arose. There now is a 5% difference between the slider value and the actual set value. Slider 50% = target humidity 45%
I guess they will correct that in another update.
Hello, I’m in the US and very interested in using this app. Are there plans to provide the capability for conversion to Fahrenheit from Celsius? I did note another similar question dated Jan without any responses.
Have asked same from Homey support for the ecosystem used withing the US, but there are still incomplete conversions.
EDIT UPDATE - started to play with VThermo and noticed cards do in fact include Fahrenheit! Suggest adding that capability to the Opening functionality dialog. Perfect, Thank you.
Kind regards
Dan
It looks like VThermo picks up the default Homey Celsius value. I guess I am back to my original request althoough the solution probably rests in teh way Homey handles temperatures.
Hello there!
VHumidity does not seem to pick up humidity values from a HeatIt Z-temp2 in the same zone - any ideas?
I’ve been using Vthermo with a Eurotronic Spirit thermostat, and this as been working fine. Vthermo adjusted the setpoint of the thermostat in order to regulate the room temperature.
However, the Spirit recently stopped working, and I replaced it with an LC13.
I think I’ve tried everything now (even deleting and reinstalling the Vthermo “device”), but it’s impossible to make Vthermo control the LC13.
What did you do to make it work? I tried to un-select “control other thermostats”, but it didn’t help.
I keep having to restart the VThermo app because it sometimes fails to switch one or more of my wall plugs (with panel heaters) on or off. A restart of the Vthermo app usually lets the app control them again. It has been this way for quite some time. I use the Homey Pro 2023 with the latest firmware and VThermo 1.10.4. Help with this issue would be great as I love the app and would like to keep using it. Regards Ole
Exactly the same problem here.
And with a little and very strange difference, I’ve got 2 VThermo, each for a chamber, with a aqara on/off module which command heaters.
And very strangely in one chamber, VThermo works fine. But in the second chamber, VThermo fails to activate / deactivate aqara module.
So I had to program a flow which restarts VThermo program every hour.
Not a good answer…
By the way, in this second chamber, there’s two aqara modules. Maybe a problem.
Any idea?
Thanks a lot
@balmli Any plans on a Vthermo widget?
I have tried working with the Vthermo, but can’t get anything done.
Bit above my level.
Can we set up some flows, how to work with the Vthermo, so I can try to control my heating with that data.
thank you
I see that the latest update to the app is 1,5 years ago. So maybe support for this app is discontinued. Does anyone know of an alternative?
