[APP][Pro] Ubiquiti UniFi Network

I have the same issue. I received my Homey Pro last week and want to use the UniFi app but keep hitting 401. I created a local UniFi admin account (using classic interface) and the credentials are correct. I hope they can solve the issue.

No problems here. Have a dedicated account for Homey which only has read rights to network. Not using actioncards which need write access to Cloudkey (blocking devices in flows)
Connecting through IP address and port 443.
I tested successfully by logging in with this account to the Cloudkey (v2), site = default, interval&websocket and interval=15.
Cloudkey is on same subnet as Homey is.

Cloudkey version: 3.0.17 Network 7.4.156

With the latest release and the beta Testflight iOS Homey app, I cannot longer open the app from Apps list on my old ā€ballā€ Homey as it gives this error:

I also have the new 2023 Homey Pro, there it opens fine.

I received my Homey2023 yesterday and installed Unify. Worked well on first try, but after a few hours, I got the 401 error. Same IP, 443, user and password verified correct.

Any update from the developer on this issue?

That’s not an Unifi app issue but a Homey mobile app issue.
You should better report to Athom

Had any more luck trying to fix this?
I tried making a flow that sends a notification when any device connects to the wifi, but it’s not sending anything, so not sure what’s happening.

I’ve reported this issue. Is indeed a Homey app issue, Atom is working on it.

Yes, I got a new version in Testflight today and now I can open the Ubi app again, great.

Since the last update off unifi the password must been 8 chars or longer. So please change you password in UnifiOS and change it in Homey en try again.

Correct IP adress.

I have tried to use both my admin loggin and mad an account specifically for home with View Only. (both with password longer than 8 char)

Site
default

Pull methode &interval
Interval & Websocket
Interval
15
Enabled applicaton flow (enabled)

When i press ā€œSitesā€ i get ā€œError: Request failed with status code 400ā€.

I see nothing when i open Event log. (with event log enabled)

What am i doing wrong?

I have to reinstall Homey app multiple times.

You must have an password longer than 12 chars (32 chars is better) and no MFA and must be an local account!

Is it possible to get a block feature for the wired devices too?

Hi, new here.

Anyone here having issues with the Unify App that keeps crashing after the last Homey Pro version was installed? I am running version 10.0.3 now and need to restart the Unify App on a regular basis. It was working fine before. Or should I report this to Athom?

Can you the new test version at Ubiquiti UniFi Network | Homey ?

Please disable application flows when you don’t use it

I don’t have unused flows. All flows are functional and I am using a mix of regular and advanced flows.

Last night I noticed that some flows were working although the Unify app was crashed.

New user here trying out the App - nice work! I have got it setup and connected but struggling with the flows. I want to create a flow based on the trigger that a certain device connects to a specific AP.
Is this the flow to trigger this:
When: ā€œRoams to APā€
And: ā€œConnected with APā€
?

Hi

It seems to work.

Thanks

When the device roams to AP, it means that it has successfully connected to the AP. Otherwise it would be still connected to the previous AP. The second check wouldn’t be necessary in this case. I am using the same trigger and works perfectly.

thanks! With the first trigger ā€œRoams to APā€ I am however not able to specify an AP - how did you manage this a you have it working?
