Hi Johan, back again en other Homey installed and running again
I see that the Formaldehyde is giving a reading now so thatās fixed, thanks for that.
Yesterday I deleted all the end devices and re-added some router devices to getting them all installed @first and today I wanted to continue with all the end devices Iāve got but canāt get them to pair anymore while Iām very close to my Homey and non of them work, have you got a clue what that can be.

Iām trying to add the 3 Gang Wall Switch but keep getting the result of an unknown ZigBee device added. Without the ability to control the 3 switches separatelyā¦
Am I doing something wrong?
It means the device isnāt supported. Have you installed the test version of the app?

Hi Johan, I managed to add devices again, I did put the Homey into recovery mode and then reinstalled the Firmware again.
The only thing is that the Tuya ZigBee app disappears after a while, I had the same issue with my former Homey so I started to delete all unnecessary Appās and reinstalled the necessary oneās again, problem still exist then I reinstalled the Router deviceās one by one and Iāve completed this and problem still exist, I donāt know what to do anymore Iām totally confused.
See the attached screenshot thereās no Tuya ZigBee app anymore in the app listing.

I noticed you want to select a āThen cardā.
When you only have Tuya Zigbee devices which donāt have 'Then" cards, like sensors, you simply wonāt see the app listed for available flowcards.
This is unrelated to the idea of the app appearing to be āuninstalledā from Homey.
When you select a āWhenā card, you probably see the app listed.
So, when you want to make sure an app is installed or not:
- Mobile app: goto ā¦More > Apps
- Web app: open this link https://my.homey.app/settings/system/general
and scroll down.

Thanks for your reply and you can use the Then cards and the Tuya ZigBee app shows up when itās running like all the others see attached screenshot and yes I know how to get to my installed apps through More > Apps and there itās always listed so itās still installed but stopped running.
So Iām wondering why the app is crashing all the time.
I needed the then card to restart the ZigBee app every Ā½ hour, I did that once but the app settings donāt show up anymore to do a Tuya ZigBee restart with the Then Card.

To restart apps you ned to activate power user under experiment in settings.
Then you get Apps under settings and there you can restart apps.

Thanks for helping me out on this issue, Iāve repaired it again I can remember me turning that option off to see if that has something to do with crashing the app but it didnāt, now at least I can restart it with the flow again and waiting for a solution.

I want to give an update about the ZigBee app crashing and disappearing, I disabled all of my flowās now and now all the deviceās stay online and no crashing ZigBee app anymore, so it must be in one of my flowās, Iām going to enable them one by one to find out which one it is.

Hi Johan, Finally Iām all up and running again, deleted most of my Appās I not really needed and disabled most of my Flows because of crashing āZigBee test versionā app, still have to restart it every 1/2 hour otherwise app still crashes.
I also have a reading from my Siren with Temp & Hum function but there are no readings and also no Battery indicators, see screenshots.
Also still on LCD Temp & Hum device no Battery indication next set of screenshots.
