No problem i dont sell them ![]()
Sorry, no clue. Can you pm me the log, just after you did this?
Goto app settings and copy log
I apologize for the delay. I have been traveling for work but will get this to you next weekend.
Regards
John
Will be switching to Homey Pro this weekend, and wondering if this has been fixed. Thanks
Need to make some time to get this done. No diff between normal and pro in app behavior
can you check test version Rachio | Homey
please also check the API key again, something might have been saved wrongly
update in test that sets controller unavailable when API key is invalid. Also stops polling from crashing when that is the case.
Also having the issue. I’ve added the app and have the api key but don’t know what to do with it after saving it.
After hitting the save button, wait for the popup that says Authenticated. If you do not have anything yet, deinstall the app and restart. I will add some comment that you have to wait…
Hello Martin,
I’m interested in getting the Smart Hose timer API working.
What kind of device / flow cards do you need?
Valve state and start and stop watering would be great, having access to programs would be icing on the cake. Just having the ability to start and stop a valve based on my soil moisture sensors would be fantastic though.
+1 on Start/Stop flow cards for the Smart Hose Timer. Would like to use it to deter animals
They made a openAI implementation, which leads to huge modules, so have to do a selection of those myself. It will take a little….
first go at smart hose:
On/Off and updates.
I only got to do a quick test before going out of town for the week but so far on/off works on the Rachio Valve. Really appreciate the quick update!
Thanks for the feedback, got confirmation from other user that it should do the basic stuff.
Is there a “trick” to getting the app to recognize valve controllers? I’ve been able to connect the hub, but doing so only offers basic connectivity validation. I can’t actually water anything until I can see the actual Valve Controller, but Homey thinks I only have a hub with nothing connected to it.
