@Annemieke369 you already have contact with me in the mail right?
As asked in the mail. If you can send a new report. Then i can check what has changed since you restarted everything
Report can be done via the mobile Homey app
More - apps - Powerview - settings wheel right top - send diagnostic report (put your email in the input field to make it easier)

Is it correct like this?
@Annemieke369 yes
But problem is still the same.
This is a issue in your network. Not much i can do.
Homey cant reach your hub
So best is to check if Homey and your Powerview hub are in the same network and can reach each other
Thanks a lot, Iāll try to further investigate ā¦

Dear Martijn,
I just wanted to provide an update. Indeed my PowerView hub and homey were not on the same network ;-(. I tried adapting that, but unfortunately the PowerView doesnāt want to accept my guest network. Soon I will buy a new router and then Iāll reconfigure everything again. So for now, I have accepted that I cannot operate my powerview Luxaflex from the homey.
Thanks a lot for all the support.
Kind regards,
Annemieke

Thanks for letting me know.
Thatās unfortunate, but hopefully you can enjoy this app soon
Hello Martijn,
I have made a report (4bf5af01-c989-4cf8-af92-c845d111aef0), not sure if this problem has occurred after the app update (for two weeks or so) but I cannot control my powerview blinds anymore with Homey and as the error is undefined I have no idea where to look for it .
Thanks and regards,
Cor
@Cor_De_Rooij I already replied to your report
But make sure to check the IP of your Powerview Hub in Homey:
If you added your window coverings as well to Homey, make sure to tick the Update window covering IP checkbox when you change the IP
That was simple, the IP was indeed not correct. Thanks!

Iāve sent a report (4510b71a-18ed-46bb-ada4-fbdc1c8b815b) about a problem with the current version. Scenes suddenly canāt be activated or listed anymore. Can you take a look at this?
Thanks for your quick reply! Iām 100% sure the IP is and always has been correct. What fixed it was enabling the box to updated the window coverings and pressing save. So first of all: many thanks for both the app and the quick support!
What I am still wondering: Iām not using the blinds separately, just scenes. And it just suddenly stopped working (twice), could this be a bug? Iāve had them added in the past but Iāve removed them because I never used them from the Homey app.

@Mark_Wittens most of the time its due to a networking issue in Homey which cant find the Powerview hub. Unfortunately theres no auto discovery possible as the hub as zero identifiers.
Hi Martijn,
I have 7 top down bottom up windows blinds with rechargeable battery packs and have automated all based on daylight. This works very well. However I have two main challenges, items on the wish list
1 the power indication on the rechargeable battery is full until the point the blinds are out of power. If they are stuck in a closed position it gets difficult. Would be great if there is an accurate charge level for the rechargeable battery packs. That can give me a warning in advance.
2 I need to recalibrate the blinds from time to time as they do not fully close. This is caused by the combination of the size of the blinds and due to the battery that is not constant at full charge and loses power slowly. Would be great to add a card to trigger the product calibration by a flow. This will allow me to trigger all of the at once and perhaps based on the battery level conditions.
Would be great if you have some ideas how to do this. Thanks in advance

The issue is back already, no other networking issues or issues with homey otherwise. I canāt be the only one with this problem? It has worked for over a year without a problem and suddenly it stops working every few daysā¦
@Mark_Wittens as Powerview has a local connection it is in your own network. Maybe your Powerview hub had a update. Solution would be to set a fixed IP for your Powerview hub
My hub already has a fixed IP, it has had this since before the app could detect it.
From the browser (same ip) I can load and control the scenes with the same IP, in Homey thereās no scenes to select and flows are not working.
Could this be a Homey thing instead of your app? Can you escalate issues to Athom? The Android app got worse since the last update, I donāt know what else they updated in homey itself.
@Mark_Wittens if itās Homey a Homey restart would most of the time work
