@Joe.ri please try the above update ![]()
Itâs working like a pro, Martijn. Thank you so much!
Hi marijn
How did the meeting go with Hunter Douglas/luxaflex, did u get answer ?
@David_bergqvist yes but no
theyre investigating ![]()
Today I got home and saw that my luxaflex shades where closed.
I tried via my smartphone to adjust them which is working.
Tried reboot Homey, the Powerview Homey App, and rebooting the hub but nothing fixes the issue.
Does anybody have any clue.
I get an undefined error when trying the flow (which works for a week without problems)
Manual adjusting doesnât work either, get an error canât control shade
@Danny_Coolen please check the IP of your powerview hub if thatâs still correct with the IP in your router
Thanks that was the trick, but now the big question how did it change because it is wired connectedâŚ

Hi.
First of all, great to see an implementation of the Luxaflex Hub.
I have a Hub Gen 2 with three roller blinds setup with a few scenes for the two rooms.
The Hub shows up as expexted, but the rollerblinds do not, netiher do the scenes.
What am I missing here?
@Carsten_Krogh can you check the ip address of the device in Homey and make sure thats the same as the ip address in your network for Powerview
Is it possible to utilize a Powerview Hub Gen 2 in conjunction with Luxaflex Powerview Gen 3 shades?
If so, any limitations or drawbacks ?
The Luxaflex hub gen 2 is specifically for gen 2 shades. Same goes for Gen 3.
You canât mix them up.
in combination with homey you can combine 2 hubs in de homey app and control them all from one system.
But thatâs probably not what youâre looking for
@moderators can this be merged into the offical Luxaflex topic?
Martijn, thanks for your swift reply.
Pity that Gen 2 and Gen 3 are mutually exclusive ![]()
@Paul_De_Paus Yeah unfortunately. Gen3 is however controllable without a hub and only with a remote control. Unfortunately when you want to include them in Homey you need the hub

Hello,
I tried this already several years ago and thought that now the problem was solved, but still for me it doesnât work.
I ave a homey pro `(2016-2019) and luxaflex duette shades. So I installed on the homey Powerview and the Powerview hub, it seems to work. Also I have the luxaflex power view app in which I have configured some scenes. However, if I select the power view hub to start creating flows, it cannot find any scenes??? Although, I have scenes in my power view hub.
Can someone please enlighten me?
thx a lot,
Annemieke
Hi. Annemieke,
The sceneâs can be found in the action card on the hub device. Did you add the hub as device and look there for the sceneâs action card?
Maybe itâs better to post your question in the topic for this PowerView app:
Yes, I did add the device in the homey app and can start setting up the flows, however, when I want to select a scene, it says there are no scenes. While I am using scenes in the power view app.
Thanks for your feedback, Iâll try to post it also in the right forum.
Kind regards,
Annemieke
Hello,
I hope I am now posting in the right place.
The issue is still the same, I have installed the power view hub at the homey and I have the power view app running on my phone. The power view app on my phone contains several scenes, however, when I try to create a flow on the homey with the power view hub it states that there are no scenes to select. What could be the reason?
Thx for any advice,
Annemieke
