Thanks for your response. I’ll give it a try.

Please also give me screenshots, the kids are not always telling me what is falling, I have to much error handling ![]()
I don’t understand what you mean. Each time I use fore mode and change a setting, I receive this error.
Show me the error in a screenshot. The log is clean, so I need to see what you see
@Kaoh : Again I have another question: When I make the connection to my Marsteks using the Modbus by an EW11 device and using your APP on Homey, is it still possible to use also the the original Marstek App at the same time ?
Yes, the app uses the wifi or Bluetooth while the Ew11 uses the modbus serial, effectively adding a second wifi connection. There is no interference possible.
As mentioned before, two programmes send Modbus commands. I also have EVCC. Is there a way to see the logs or commands sent to the ew11 device? Do I need to setup a second modbus to
My goal is to load balance my grid effectively. EVCC triggers charging at low prices, but it doesn’t balance my six batteries. Is there a way to log some Modbus command on Homey or the EW11?
IAh so from work flow cards, good to know. Do they work from the device card?
I will test the work flow cards later tonight, did not get around to testing them all myself
I run a few tests, the one in you second screenshot is actually already deprecated, just released a version 11 to remove it. I also noticed that indeed the mode changes did not stick. So fixed that. Still requires the same Work mode needs to be in Use force controls else you will get that first error.
And since that action (set to force mode) now should work you can test this all with version 11 again.
Good luck ![]()
Yesterday Marstek pushed a new firmware (v139) to my Venus 3, and it works. I’m trying to make some flows this week. Thanks @Kaoh for your great work.
With me if i set the battery to a force charge or discharge he does nothing. So mode changes works but if I ask do charge for 500watt he does nothing
You also have the work mode set to force control?
Yes,
Here you can see a screen recording

Interesting indeed, and you have a v2 or a v3?
The interaction seems OK, no errors or warnings and the log seems clear. But it just format respond to the command.
Please restart the app, do the same thing as you recorded and create a new diagnostic report. I need to compare your log with my own.
It’s great to hear they will get the same v2 registers back in newer firmware ![]()
finally had some time to install this…. the EW11 is connected, configured for DHCP on local wifi and can connect to the UI, limited functionality in the UI, can’t change serial settings for example but I can see the Marstek data in the UI.
Installed this App and pointed it to the EW11 IP adress…. but I’m getting GatewayPathUnavailable…. anything I missed?
Then your ew11 is not configured just yet. It’s it pingable from your local network on the ip that it got? Serial setup should be possible for example.
Ensure you reboot the ew11 once you configure the wifi connection else it remains in Hotspot mode.
yes, port 80 connects… but ofc that is the UI…. seems I need to configure the EW11 via another tool called IOTservice…. will post results here
