Correct.
Hi, thank you for this great app.
I seem to have a little issue:
I have a device containing 2 lights, added as a light but the same issue occurs when I add it as untitled device.
Flow: when light turns on, send message
When i press the light tile, it sends a message for turning on but also for turning the light off
Seems like ‘light has turned on’ acts like ‘light status has changed’
Same happens when i make the flow:
When light turns on, and light is on, than send a message.
That flow also sends the message for both putting it on and off.
When i edit the flow a little further, the problem is gone:
When the light has turned on, wait one second, and the light is turned on, then send a message.
That one works as intended. It does not send a message when the light has turned off.
So the first one is what i want but it doesnt work and the 2nd is the workaround:
It looks like the card triggers before the actual status has been updated. Hopefully there ll be a fix ![]()

Hi @Jamie, I have a request…
I am using some Shelly uni’s to control axa remotes that can open and close some of my windows.
Each shelly uni has 2 channels. In Homey these are 2 serperate switches. To open the window I have to turn on switch 1 and to close it I have to turn on switch 2. I want to combine these 2 switches into 1 group. But with the current implementation this is not possible. Is this somthing you can add?
Thanks for your support and for this awesome app!
It’s possible, I’ve always though that one one day I may want to have multiple capabilities (switches) for one device.
But no timelines of when that will happen
I don’t think this is the bug that you think it is, I think technically it is turning on - off - on
Check out this post from last week which I think explains your behaviours
It would be awesome if we could enable showing min/max/avg/median values and not just pick between them for devices. Especially useful when it comes to temperature sensors. (sometimes useful to check min or max in addition to average, in terms of temperature control of rooms).
Hi all, is someone else also having timeouts when trying to add a device?

I removed 1 light from Homey which was configured in a device. I’ve added a new light to Homey which I wanted to add to this same device. I know, this can be done by ‘repairing’ the device. Unfortunatley, I then get the message “Error: Er is een onbekende fout opgetreden [device_not_found]”.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
Start from scratch
That was my last resort ![]()
Yeah but sometimes there is no other way. + you can use script to fix existing flows.
Hi,
Since upgrading to Group 3.2.4 and Homey 10.0.2 I suddenly have a lot of groups that are broken.
They simply don’t seem to communicate with the grouped devices.
Also I noticed I don’t have a config page for the Group app anymore.
And also ‘repairing’ the devices fails. I just get a blank screen.
I hope someone has a golden tip to get it working again.
Re-creating everything would be a nightmare.
It sounds like what has happened to me occasionally. For me it has always helped to restart the group app.
Restarting the group app doesn’t resolve it, neither restarting the entire homey.
New info, I can do the ‘repair’ now but:
As seen in the screenshot:
And in the properties you now see it actually adding the same device multiple times.
This used to be no problem to fix in the app settings (instead of the device settings) but that option doesn’t seem to exist anymore.
All my groups that are used for energy reporting are completely messed up.
I wish there was some config file I could hack…
Same issue here. I’ve noticed not all lights turned on when using the group. The devices were missing in the group list, although the device count was correct. I then re-ticked the devices and added them again. Now there are multiple devices with the same name in the list. The group is slow to turn-on and turn-off, probably due to the non-existing devices in the group. Is there an option to clear all devices?

Here also the group is no longer working. I removed the group and started over. There are three lamps in a group and only one is turned on. I had different groups for different situations and now I have to adjust all my flows.
So there is something going on with this app?
Lately I have been having problems with lights not turning on as they should (they have been working for ages). Today I wanted to add another light to a light group but the device is not showing up in the list of devices. Of course I have tried restarting the app and Homey.
EDIT: I just tried to create a new group for my lights to see if I could include the new light. Unfortunately it doesn’t show up in the list when I go to “Repair”. The list says “Showing 28 of 109 devices” and when I try to search for the light the list only show all the lights that are already ticked, non of them have a name even remotely similar to the new light.
Is there an alternative to the < group > app that can do the same thing but works?
If your looking for an alternative, you could create a virtual device, then set up flows to alter the devices as actions happen to the virtual device. Its pretty much the same thing.
