@Dennis_van_Dinter I tried but homey is not powerful enough to keep the stream alive. So currently not possible

The camera appeared disconnected from the EUFY app. This happens a few days after I configure it in Homey. In Homey, the camera is only used in a flow that sends a notification when a pet is detected. I have no idea whether it’s possible to see any errors in diagnostic logs. If I don’t connect it to Homey, I don’t have any disconnection issues. I have other cameras connected to the Eufy NVR, and they don’t suffer from the same problem.

I registered a second Account in eufy and shared my home with the New Account.

Repair of eufy app in homey I entered the New Mail Account.

It is still not working:

What is your exact question?

I have different eufy sensors, for example door Sensors.

I created also a second account at eufy and configured the second account in eufy app at homey, because there were some notices in forum not to add the same account to homey that is already registered at native eufy app.

I can see all events in native eufy app but not in eufy app from homey.

Doesn’t sound like an issue with your account.

I activated push notification in eufy app for the sensor and now it is working.

I only want to get the message in history and start flows, I dƶn’t want to get push messages and I think it worked before without ā€˜push’ activation in eufy app.

Log stopped a few days before and I didn’t changevthe eufy app

This conversation has gotten quite long, and maybe this one has already been answered, but i’d appreciate some insights.

I’ve been having ā€œproblemsā€ with Eufy motion sensor and my newest RTSP camera stream. Both stop receiving notifications in Homey from Eufy android app (Android app works as it supposed to be).

Restarting the Eufy Homey app fixes things. So the question is that anyone using the restart automation to fix the notification problems, how frequently you need to restart the app?

Live-stream from C220 camera seems to go go down every time I close android app. I haven’t been able to track the lifeline of the motion sensor, but it stops working daily.

I have checked the settings on both apps. I have two accounts and RTSP setting corretly.

@Michael_Zimmer this never worked without push notifications. As the FAQ also states, this is the only way to get it working

Hi @martijnpoppen any progress on the triggering of the zone activity when camera’s detect motion? I checked all FAQ in my settings and still no zone motion detection.

For one of my three cameras the battery status isn’t updated. 10 days ago I charged the camera to 100%. The battery status in the Eufy-app on iOS shows 100% and the Homey still shows 24%.

I repaired the camera in Homey, I repaired the Homebase device in Homey, I restarted the Eufy-app in Homey (several times), I restarted the Homey. I checked notification settings in the Eufy-app on iOS and they seem to be correct. Still no change in the battery status.

The battery status for my other cameras is updated frequently.

What can I do to correct this status issue for this camera? The settings for all 3 cameras are exactly the same.

I followed the steps in FAQ Q14 but am still getting an error message.

I used the E340 without a Homebase directly connected to the Wifi
