hi I am after some advice regarding snapshots.

my flow
when my camera E340 floodlight, or my C120 indoor cameras detects a person, then creates a snapshot.
then 20 sec delay push the snapshot to my phone.

the snapshot that is sent to my phone doesnā€™t capture the person/ event, like its taken after the event, in clear full screen view.

if I use event snap shot instead of the device snapshot it gets the event, but its in a split screen view thatā€™s too small see any detail.
Ideally I want a full screen view snapshot of the actual event,
is it possible, what do I need to do

Thanks a lot for this app. However, it keeps locking up my homey and reboots. Only connected device is a homebase s3, all flows disabled. Any info you need from me to check this possible issue? Report: ee3d1487-37ee-4ca8-9781-9c22697354b1

@Erik_Dahl Unfortunately i canā€™t see anything related to that in the log. When you disable the Eufy app the reboot of Homey stops?

That is correct, and unit becomes unresponsive. Iā€™m happy to help if I can help out with anything. Iā€™ve tried to create logs through simple syslog but itā€™s not producing anything. Guidance is well appreciated.

@Erik_Dahl I canā€™t really help with this. Thereā€™s no information in the logs so I canā€™t tell you what to do

Please try to create a report when the issue occurs again

@martijnpopppen Would it be possible to add an device setting to disable the live RTSP stream feature? I donā€™t use this functionality, and when I tap a camera device card in the app, it shows in the ā€˜black screenā€™ the attempt of loading the live stream as default. Iā€™d prefer to see the snapshot as the first view instead.

I didnā€™t enabled RTSP in the Eufy app, but it still shows it in Homey with the error: player is unabled to open the MRL ā€˜RTSP_not_enabled_in_EUFY_appā€™. Am I doing something wrong?
