It looks like the issue might not be with the app itself, but rather with Homey and its recent updates. I just updated Homey to version 13.0.0, and the white light temperature control stopped working for my Govee lights controlled via their API. It seems that Homey has deleted the capability listeners. Before this update, all the lights were working perfectly.

Did you already create a ticket at Athom support?
Govee has official app - so i have mailed them
