It looks like the issue might not be with the app itself, but rather with Homey and its recent updates. I just updated Homey to version 13.0.0, and the white light temperature control stopped working for my Govee lights controlled via their API. It seems that Homey has deleted the capability listeners. Before this update, all the lights were working perfectly.

did i need to change something in homey or the eufy app?

i used 2 different logins.

I have a problem with Outdoor Cam Pro (T8441) connected to Homebase3. If I connect the cam to Homey, after a few days it stops working. The camera still shows as ‘online’ on the Eufy app, but I can’t watch the live stream and it stops sending events. I don’t have these problems with the other cams.

Is it correct that I habe to register a second mailadress to connect eufy with homey bacuse it is not possible to use the same login for eufy App and homey?

I used the same mailaddress for borh until 8 day ago.

Since then the Status is not snycing any more.

@Michael_Zimmer yes that’s correct as login in on multiple devices at the same time can cause conflicts

Probably been asked before. The Eufy wired 2K video doorbell doesn’t officially support RTSP, but I know for Home Assistant they made the video stream working. Any way possible to integrate a working stream for this doorbell in Homey?
