- This might be that only on a detection the image gets updated not on doorbell press. Can you check the test version of the app?
- Yes homey downloads the thumbnail images of the camera. However this is only when the thumbnail updates. When that is depends on eufy

I need some help please,
My Eufy doorbell is working fine in the Eufy app however I have lost connection to my Eufy doorbell within the Homey app, when I try and log back in or repair my device I get the following message with User, password, & region are correct:
I have deleted the device and tried to add new but still get the same message:

Interesting. But this happens with every image, detection and doorbell press. Every image is the previous one. To be sure I will pay extra notice and get back about it.
I’m using the experimental version of the app.
But I see the images completely random. All of a sudden an image appears with the message that someone is noticed at the front door. As if a flow is triggered. But no one is at the front door…
@Roger_Gorissen and you don’t have motion detection enabled? can you check the timeline of the device to see what happens?

I have two Eufy C220 cams. One I can Turn On and Off by Your app but second one show error - Property name is not valid. Also on second I can’t choose Live View in first tab options. Do You have any idea what is going on?
It is weird tu camera that works has T8W11P50240468B4 and 6.3.1.0 system version (25.11.22)
Cam that does not work - T8W11T3025240B9F 2.0.8.1 system version (without date)

Probably a very stupid question, but I can’t seem to find the solution. I’ve activated RTSP (NAS) for one of my Eufy cams, but it gives me a URL + username + password. Where do I enter this in Homey to make the live video feed work?
@Daan_Dagevos homey automaticall finds that url when you did that. if it’s not showing try a restart of the eufy app in homey

Just setup a Homey Pro Mini and trying to setup the Eufy connection utilizing this app. All devices show up, but get no camera feed or access, everything just shows offline when it’s not.

Besides, I notice that I het a notification from the Homey app when I change the setting in the Homebase to Custom 1, at 23:00 f.e. With the laste image. What can cause that?
