Hi, First time I report an error in this forum so I hope i get it right ![]()
I have problems with changing arm mode on my two C220 cameras from homey, works fine on all other cameras including the S350. the two C220 and the S350 are connected directly on wifi. The other cameras are connected to HB3. Anyhow, I get the error message âProperty name is not validâ. I have sent in a diagnostic report (c1f6ff8c-a64d-4b58-861d-4d5cc0450743)

Hi Martijn,
I restarted the Homey, no change. I completely removed the eufy app, reinstalled it with a new admin account. Installed my cameras and home base again.
Still the same issue, no snapshots. I created a new report hope that helps:

Reinstalling the app is never the solution ![]()
Also please share your setup, itâs hard to give advice without knowing which cameras you have
Hi Martijn,
I restarted the home base, no results. I have 2 different type of cameras.
3x the S340 and 3x the 2C. All cameraâs are connected to the home base 3.
Any test suggestions?

Q14 of the FAQ doesnât work for me and my Eufy S330 camera.
It offers the take a snapshot function (in general ?). But the is not any Eufy camera that has a picture/snapshot as property to send through push or cast to chromecast.
Please help. My Eufy cameras donât appear in the list as possible sources of a picture/snapshot at all.

@martijnpoppen Hello! I have a little issue⌠The card âarm mode changedâ does not work in Homey. If i change arm mode by the Eufy-app or my Eufy secutity panel the card âarm mode changedâ does not triggered in Homey. Latest FW everywhere⌠Using Homebase 3.

No didnât have time yet. Keep in mind I do this voluntarily and it completely depends if I have time
Strange issues with the app.
I think I saw the 1st one before in this topic, but donât know the solution: using a Homebase 3 and a doorbell T8210, I see the image of the previous event. So when the doorbell notices movement or someone presses the doorbell, I see a photo of what happened before. This is only in the Homey, not in the Ios Eufy app.
I checked the questions in the FAQâs regarding events and photos.
Anyone knows a solution so I get the latest, actual photo.
Second issue is so strange: I see a photo of the doorbell all of a sudden, without any movement or without someone pressing the doorbell. Most of the times it is an empty photo. I donât get a message of the Ios Eufy app, it is something of the Homey app.
I only have 2 flows: when the doorbell has been pressed or when movement has been signaled, send a push message with the picture of the event. So sometimes the Homey app signals a fake action.
Anyone any idea of a solution?
And again same issue as earlier.
Both devices are not changing the status to night modus after 22:00.

@MRK there are a lot of errors in the logs indicating thereâs something wrong in the local connection between homey and eufy
Make sure they are in the same network
Try a restart of homey and or the Homebase
This is not something I can fix

After successfully adding the S3 Basestation and Eufy E340 doorbell to Homey Mini, I am seeing no output from the doorbell, no static images, no live video.
If the doorbell rings I get no notifications.
Can you help me please?

Following those instructions normally will be enough to get notifications.
