Unfortunately, I’m getting this error when trying to take a photo. Everything is configured in Q1, Q3, and Q14. The doorbell is communicating fine since notifications are showing up in the ‘Devices’ tab. Is there anything else I should check or change?
I am on test version :).
@Damian_Surma which Homebase do you have?
@Jiri_Pech I have no clue what’s causing this. These cards should be there. The card you are referring to are not even allowed to be removed and never saw this happen
Would be nice if you can try the local setup
I am not using a Homebase; the doorbell is connected directly to my Eufy account via Wi-Fi.
@Damian_Surma at the moment it’s not possible for these new doorbells to make snapshots without a Homebase
The stream can’t be parsed
Is it the same with the cameras? Do they also require a HomeBase?
@Damian_Surma the stand alone cameras seems to work. It is mainly the standalone battery doorbells which have issues

I don’t know what has changed, but only the “event” snapshots are still coming through. The other snapshots just show the standard Eufy image. Do you have any tips? I’ve already restarted the application once.

Yes, that is correct. And yes I use the ‘take snapshot’ feature.

I have more cameras, but it looks like the snapshot is failing now with the ‘new’ app version?
