@KennyMoens
I would never suggest to buy hardware only because of homey. But to be honest im unsure about the future of this app. I’m really trying to get official API’s and I might have a entry, but no guarantees
Hey @martijnpoppen
Thanks! Yeah the Homey is not the only reason, I’m also looking at other features, but when doubting between two equal devices it might be a decision factor.
Thanks for the feedback!
I hope someone can help with this issue.
In Homey, when I check my Eufy camera, it says that the last person detected was 6 days ago. But when I look in Eufy’s own app, there were 3 events yesterday where it detected people, which haven’t shown up in Homey.
I want to run some automation in Homey based on when a person is detected, but it seems that not all detections are coming through. Some are, since it did register something 6 days ago.
I’ve tried restarting the Eufy app in Homey without success.
Has anyone experienced the same issue or have any suggestions on what I could try?
Dear Martijn,
I think That the battery drain is not solved yet.
Because the camera of my wall cam is draining verry fast.

@Guldbaekolsen check faq Q1 https://tinyurl.com/eufy-homey
@Linden85 I am aware
If you use the live version of the app you won’t have this issue
Hi. I got two Eufy siren I woud like to integrate in my Homey Pro. If you need access, let me know!
@Bram_Vermassen The siren seems not possible to reverse engineer at the moment
Thanks a lot - it is working - sorry for not reading the FAQ first.. thanks again..
Hello,
Trying to start working live stream. I switched on RTSP on my Eufy 2C camera, but can not see live stream as a possibility in device in homey app. Should I do something more or how can I solve that?
Livestream possible only for RTSP? So indoor camera or doorbell are not supported?
Thank you very much in advance.
@martijnpoppen hello ![]()
If I enable RTSP on each of my cameras, will they stop saving recordings to the HomeBase 3? Shows only RTSP (NAS) . Is this the setting?
I want to enable live streaming on all my cameras as well as on the Doorbell at dashboards
Hello recently I saw the new feature “camera live streaming” at dashboards but from Eufy cameras and doorbell don’t works.
I have 3 cameras and the doorbell.
Can someone tell me when Eufy will be supported?
Thanks a lot.
If you use the Eufy app, please use the Eufy app topic for your questions.
You’ll find links to these app topics on the app page at the app store.
I don’t see any link to a specific thread there.
I thought “Camera live streaming” is a feature of Homey and not to the specific brand.
Apps have to explicitly implement this feature.
@iGiorgis live streaming is added to the test version of the app [APP][Pro] Eufy Security - #7857 by martijnpoppen

When you enable RTSP it als should still record to your Homebase

4: FIX: improved error handling in snapshot capture

Can anyone add Eufy permanentl outdoor light. To the app ?? Would be nice to control them separately instead of turning on with movement from the camera
