And i see i was not clear in the instructions, changing the security modes should be done in the Eufy app on your phone not in Homey :see_no_evil_monkey:

Okay, apologies my misunderstanding

I’ve now readded all the devices using my main account which is logged into the app. I’ve disabled 2fa on the Eufy app but it still asks for it in the homey app.

Do I need to change which account I use for the Eufy app?

Now back to the original issue.

Someone has just been to my door but the homey app hasn’t registered it.

What I have found is that if I turn anything on an off via homey, it does update in the Eufy app so it appears it’s working one way

I found the problem in the settings of the Eufy.

After trying the test version, it eventually started working. What exactly the problem has been I can no longer say after having adjusted so many settings

@Gerald_Delhaisse that sounds like a problem yes. Without a notification homey wouldn’t know. I would recommend to check the notification settings of your camera

Pfff ok i understand. I was checking many times in notifications of camera…For human recognization it’s in the homebase sttings. Sorry, it’s not your app and thanks for your patience :wink: (i hope my brain is better than google translate :smile: )
