what do you mean by camera update? Updating the eufy cameras firmware?

But we already see it doesn’t work for you. So it’s not clear yet what works and what not

Updated Homey via USB and did a fresh install of Eufy-app from the Homey App Store.
Still the same problem. Looks like the app is installed, but no devices can be found. Also no CPU usage or memory usage. When I click on restart app, it says “not installed”, but it shows just like it´s installed.

Are you sure it’s a Homey problem?
Cus I updated to the latest vers and now my cameras/homebase can’t be find and the app can’t be find in apps.
It’s like it have been uninstalled by its self?!

I have tried to restart Homey and try to install the app again. But it’s not working.

Any ide what the problem can be?

@Trinic if this was something that was in my control I would definitely said that right? So yes I’m certain this is a homey error which i can’t do anything about

The on/off issue for Indoor Cam is fixed. Thank you very much. I still have the issue of snapshots not updating though.

Which issues for the snapshots? I tried to search back in the topic, but couldn’t find a message from you about that

Maybe it’s related to what you said about overloading.

yeah users are allowed 60 snapshots per 20 hours. So if everybody does that the servers won’t handle and i need to increase. So i’m thinking what i can do to improve this. I don’t mind to host this service but i increased it already 3 times in a year :stuck_out_tongue:

@Akeran can you send a new report after taking a snapshot, and can you also share your flow?
