Make sure to refresh the page on the device overview. As mentioned eufy doesn’t auto update.

But changing nightvision from Off to On in homey flow still doesn’t work. (Screen stays in Off mode (colors)
From On to Off is working. So the screen goes from night vision On (black and white) to nightvision Off (color)

‘On’ is not a option
So makes sense the image stays in colors
@Mike73 yes. It’s a generic card used for all types of cameras. So for your camera On means Auto

my Pan&Til Cams are not being turned on/off for real. Status indicator in Homey changes, but in the Eufy App the status remains unchanged.
Installed Version: Current (3.32.6)

I have the following setup:
- 1 Solocam S340 (works fine, on off via homey works) → connected to homebase
- 1 Homebase S380 (no flows with homey)
- 1 Pan&Tilt (not working with flows or in homey, but with the app) → connected to homebase
- 1 Pan&Tilte (not working) → connected to wifi (no homebase)
Ok - I seem to have misunderstood. My take was that today’s update was to resolve the issue.

After latest update camera is shutting down and lens is hiding. For me it works like before. Thank You very much for Your hard work!

Don’t know when it stopped working, but most likely within a couple of days.
All cameras are red.
In settings, apps, Eufy the cameras are also red and I can’t restart the app. Can’t do anything. Have not tried uninstalling the app.

All other apps seems to be working fine.

@Martin_Westerstrand did you already try to install the app via the App Store ? Because it says not installed
It´s a little bit confusing when it says that it´s not installed. Probably the app-auto update made the app not functional on an older Homey Firmware. I can see that I´m running 12.2.1 and the latest is 12.4.1.
I´m trying to update firmware on the Homey, but it will not start…
