When I install the Eufy Security app in Homey, I’m asked to login with my account at Eufy. Next I’m asked to fill in my 2FA code, but for Eufy I don’t have a 2FA code. I made a second account in the Eufy mobile app, as suggested above, but I am still asked the same question for the 2FA code. So I can’t install the app at Homey and can’t add my doorbell. Does anyone know why I’m asked a 2FA when I don’t use a 2FA at Eufy’s?

I can’t add any of the 3 Eufy (doorbell, chime, homebase2) devices I have. After the captcha the Eufy app on Homey keeps loading for ever, until I break off the installation manually. I tried two Eufy accounts but with the same result. I’m clueless.

Hi - my first post here…
Using Homey Pro since 3 months in my new house and love it.
I’m currently trying to get my Nuki lock to open the door when my Eufy E340 doorbell camera recognizes the face of my daughter who is in a wheel-chair and therefor needs a bit of opening support…
Is there a way to get the recognized person ID from face detection transmitted to the Eufy Security App and as such create a flow that opens my Nuki door lock?
I’m using a Eufu Homebase 3 with the E340 doorbell and Homey Pro with the Eufy Security App by @martijnpoppen

@Guus_Harten I checked the report but all your ties were with an incorrect login. So please check your login credentials as that seems to be the issue
@Cool_K yes there’s a tag on the person detected flow card containing the name of the person at the door
Thanks for the answer and for requesting the move of my post… Was a bit unsure of where/how to post in this forum…
Anyway - yes, I’ve tried the using the [person] tag - however it keeps returning “unknown” as the person.
Would assume that I need to do an exact match in the flow between the tag [Person] and the name of my daughter.
This morning there were several disconnections of the cameras, about five, with an interruption of about 8 minutes for each. In the afternoon, the problem did not recur. Initially, I assumed that the cause could be a new flow homey created by me, but after reactivating it, the system continued to function without further anomalies.
I hope that the system maintains its stability. I will continue to monitor the situation. In case of further abnormal interruptions, are there any special procedures that I should follow?

@Andrea_Boletti if it happens again I would suggest to repair one of the eufy devices in homey this will reconnect all the cameras and create a new connection
@Cool_K and the person is recognised in the eufy app on your phone?
