Maybe provide some screenshots of what you mean because i thought it was just the reverse of the button but then you said you’re missing options
To me it’s not clear which options you’re missing

Before when You click Off on Pan&tilt camera in Homey, camera whas shutting down and hide it lens
It was a future You write on first post ( * turn on/off camera (EufyCam pan&tilt will turn its lens)
Now it doesn’t work.
@Lukasz_Kostek and when you clock to turn it ON it actually turns off?
When You turn off camera in Homey app nothing happens in Eufy app.
When YOu turn on camera in Homey app in Eufy app stream doesn’t work but lens isn’t hiding
No… stream doesn’t work but lens is not hiding
@Lukasz_Kostek and when you turn off the camera in eufy app itself. So not via homey?
When I turn off in Eufy app it hide lens
@Lukasz_Kostek ok got it. Firmware is the same as the new indoor cams. I can fix that
When I turn on in Homey app stream doesn’t work but at Home screen of Eufy app it shows normally (there is snapshot) and You think it is on. But when You try to see stream there is info Camera is shut off
Super:)
This is camera I am talking about
@Lukasz_Kostek yes have that one here as well will see if I can reproduce and fix it. But your description tells me it’s updated to the same software as the latest indoor cams
They added it to Homebase. It is a new feature. Before this cameras wasn’t supported by homebase and have not AI functions.
@loy80y checked your report, will make a fix for it
no worries. thank you. happy to test it out once its ready.
Hello!
I don’t know if it’s related to previous posts, but the turn on/off actions in Homey don’t work anymore for Indoor Pan Tilt 2k Cam.
The snapshot also doesn’t really update for these two cams, timeframe for first cam says March 13th, and the other one still says December 17th 2024 after snapshot update.
I have Homey Eufy app v3.31.2
Indoor Pan Tilt 2k Cam firmware v2.3.1.0
I don’t know if it’s related but yesterday I went on my Eufy app (the new one) and on my two cams, I clicked on “Optimized by Homebase” it prompted an update linked between Homebase and Indoor Cam. I did it for the two, but I don’t know if my first issue described about turn on/off actions is related to this “update”.
Edit: I already tried to repair the devices on maintenance tab but the issue persists.
Edit2: So in fact it seems turn on/off actions work but it’s reversed. That means turning on in Homey will turn off the cam, and turning off will turn it on
@Akeran this is exactly the same as the posts before
Ok! Sorry for the duplicate then
@Akeran no worries!
I was wondering if there has already been a fix for the correct battery level of cameras between the Eufy app and the Homey app. From what I have noticed so far, the problem is still there.
