This is not my work but a hobby so didn’t have time yet to check this out.
Maybe somewhere next week I have time to try reproduce this.

In the meantime make sure you have no blockers in your network like a pihole or vlan which can prevent api calls from going trough properly

just restarted eufy app. also restarted homey pro hub. still cant see pet detection. i’ve only just added the s120 recently to the hb3.

Yes, I’m usually on 1-2 snapshots a day, and I have a delay of 1 minute before I send the snapshot.

I’ll try to fiddle around and maybe store the image locally.

After today Android app and Pan&Tilt camera update to 2.3.1.0 version it was added to Homebase 3 system with AI futures but…

Unfortunately ON/Off command from Homey stopped working.

Do You think there is possibility to make it work again?

It is working weird… When I turn off camera in Homey it is working in Eufy app on android. When I turn on it on homey situation is opposite but camera is not turning off completely and hide lens but there is problem with connection and I see information Camera was shut off but not at home screen but when I select Pan&Tilt camera.

Can You investigate this problem?

@Lukasz_Kostek try to repair the device it will try to set the proper connection data

It doesn’t help. I also removed and added two pan&tilt cameras for 3 times. It happens after camera update 30 minutes ago. I think anyone will have that problem after app and camera update.

@Lukasz_Kostek sorry but the problem is not clear to me can you elaborate. You already explained a lot but it doesn’t make sense to me

Today (1 hour ago) I updated my Eufy Security app.

After update Pan&Tilt cameras stopped working (android) and there was info to update what I have done.

After update everything is working ok in Android app and Pan&Tilt cameras was added to Homebase 3 like other cameras (E330, S330 etc) with AI functions (very nice update from Eufy)

But…

Cameras was added with no problem to Homey but there is no option to Turn them off (earlier when I press off Pan&Tilt camera was hiding it lens and in android app on Home Screen it says that camera is shut off).

Now (it is weird) when Camera is on at Homey it doesn’t work in Eufy android app (at Home screen it looks like it is on but when I want to see stream it says it is shut off).
When I turn off camera in Homey stream is working ok.

It is not a big problem but at this moment there is no possibility to Tourn on/off camera with lens hiding.

It is not a problem off android app. The same situation is on Apple. This is problem after latest (today) Pan&Tilt camera update 2.3.1.0

@Lukasz_Kostek sounds like the on/off is reverted
Actually normally the pan and tilt has a reverted on /off but sounds like they fixed that

I have a spare pan&tilt will check if I can reproduce that

It is not only reverted but there is no option to turn off camera and hide it lens (before it was working like this). I am using Your app and 10 cameras from Eufy since 8 months. There was no problem at all. Today after camera update it stopped to work like it worked before.

If You can check it it would be great.

Flow cards are there. Everything seems to look normal but there is not
