All cameras down as if they were not detected by homey. Happened multiple times this morning. See image attached to email

The device is shared and I have successfully used that share. What am I missing?

Hi Martijn, when do you think the fix will be released for Indoor Cam 2k? Just so you know I reversed the action cards for turn on/off for away /home and it works well as temporary workaround.

Did you perhaps already had some time to have a look at the Eufy E340 doorbel generic alarm not being implemented in the SDK? I just tried and it still isn’t available, so just wanted to make sure it is not only an issue for me. ![]()

Hi Martijn, I recently bought an C220 Cam and with your explanaition I was able to connect it to Homey. Now I am trying to toggle on/off Nightvision in Homey Flow ,because the camera seems to be always in Nightvision when it is put in auto mode, but it doesn’t seem to work. When I send another command e.g. turn 360 the camera reacts to this command so there is a connection between Homey and the camera.

I have troubles with doorcontact and pir modules the changes/warnings will not show up in homey eufy app.(use 3.31.2) When i look in the eufy app it works. for example I open the door it show it is open but when i look in homey it doesn’t change at all.
(from the past you advised to restart eufy app every night so I added an flow for that)

Hi @martijnpoppen,
I was away for a couple of days - but did some investigation now.
Created two test flows and had them running in parallel just to check what’s going on.
In the S380 flow (named “Inkørsel”)the faces are recognized in the Eufy App and a push is sent via the Homey app.
From the E340 doorbell flow (named “Hoveddør”) a push is never sent but in the Eufy App the faces are recognized.
So either the face recognition is never sent from the Eufy Homebase 3 to the Homey App when a face is recognized via the E340 doorbell or there is something wrong with the #person tag when it comes from the doorbell.
