[APP][Pro] Eufy Security

Hello Martijn,

Homey Eufy Security app looses connection to all devices, homebase2 and solo cams. Restarting app results in TypeError: Cannot convert null value to object.

@martijnpoppen doesn’t work to change arm mode but if you look in the Homey app it appears like you can. :confused:

@Blaxtar Only thing i see is that all commands are timing out. Not sure why.
Did you already try these things?

  1. Restart Homey
  2. Restart Homebase
  3. Add another extra account ti Eufy and use that in Homey (make sure it’s admin role)

I also want to use the Eufy Security app for change the armor status.
The values can not be changed (property name is not valid).The values in homey are in English, language of eufy app is german.
Can anybody help me to solve the problem?

@Michael_Zimmer Not sure what you mean with English and German ?

For the property name error can you send a report?

More - apps - Eufy Security - settings wheel right top - send diagnostic report (put your email in the input field to make it easier)

Get an error with my homebase 3, devices are ok though

Repairing solves it for about 2 seconds

That looks like an issue with Eufy that the serial number in eufy doesnt match the serial number in Homey.
Can you try to re-add your Homebase 3?

Or is it newly added?

Can you also share a report with me? :slight_smile:
