[APP][Pro] Eufy Security

I updated the app at work this morning and tested it immediately. The behaviour was the same as described earlier. Just got back from work and tried again. Again the same result.

I made a report.

@JWB really strange. Already had contact with other Eufy devs and the fix is implemented in the library im using.

Can you try a repair of the Homebase. If that doenst work iā€™ll check again.

Will also try to update my Homebase to the same firmware

I have a problem with the homey app, in last few days I can not use homey to turn on or off the cams. In homey it does turn them off and on but in the eufy app it seems like nothing is happening. I reinstalled the app added the devies and created new user but does not seem to help. Do you have any clue?

Maybe ask directly in the relevant thread, include your Homey version and app version + share diag. report with the developer.

Also there is no diag. details - go to the EUFY app, press CREATE DIAGNOSTIC REPORT, enter details of your issue and in best scenario, go to the thread I posted you, include your message there + include diag. id and hope that Martijn will comment on your issue (Iā€™m sure he will)

@Ilyas theres a issue with the newest Homebase firmware.

Iā€™ll push a fix for that today. Probably that will resolve your issue

edit: fix is pushed this morning and should auto update :slight_smile:

I didnā€™t update the library properly :man_facepalming:

@martijnpoppen I got a notification from my Homey that the app had been updated. Immediately tested it and it works again. Thank you very much.

Hello, i upgradet to the new homebase and it can identify people. But i can not find the tag ā€œa Personā€ anywhere in my logic variableā€™s? i want this to open up a gate (eventualy un the future i hope on license plate detectionā€¦)

The next card in your flow should have the person tag available

it is not in the list ( this is an example i took)

@Yov Removed backyard from the input field, it will show up on top of the lsit

Itā€™s a flow specific token and itā€™s not available on the device variables
