Hi @martijnpoppen , any luck yet with the Homebase 2 chime without connected devices?
I think there is an issue with my 2c pro cam detection status.
All notifications except for a few are not being updated but giving the info of the day I did setup the device on the new S380 Homebase. My doorbell seems to be updated correctly for the items I have enabled.
What does work well is the temperature on the camera.

Does your 2C detect on the Eufy app itself? Or also not. You can always send me a report when you do expect there is motion detected that would help in debugging it.

Hi @martijnpoppen , no rush, I was just curious.
The camera is also on the Eufy app itself and detecting motion and people. All other things like animals are disabled.
I will check later today and send a report when this happens.

Hi @martijnpoppen , yes that is correct. , human detection, human recognition and vehicle detection are enabled.
For anyone with HomeBase 3 and 3rd generation of cams, can someone be so nice and tell me, if Person detected include the TAG / person name ? update yes, it does
Also, is the light on the camera sufficient to illuminate well, let’s say area of 10x10 m ?
My Netatmo Presence just died after 4 years (power supply issue (smoked) ) …

I’ve got the s330 and s300.
Quite powerful lights but don’t think would cover 10x10.
I have a 10x3 in the front yard and I would say the last 2m looks pretty dark. But not bad at all till about 8m.

Midnight. About 7 m length and width 10,5 m. (Back yard)
Camera hight 2,2 m. More or less diagonal.
(Detection was on the cat in the center, now disabled animal detection)
